I’ve been coming here for many years but this new guy that cleans the tires is very rude and violent I opened my door to ask if he could please clean the back tire and slammed the door on my elbow! I tip very well, sorry for him he didn’t get tipped! I liked the other guy better he was very humble and nice! Definitely will not be coming back and will tells others not to either.

We’ve been faithful customers to this place for years. My grandfather is 87 and a disabled veteran. Went to get his Cadillac washed and they couldn’t get all the crud off it so I politely asked to have it run through a second time. Even tipped the guy for letting me run it through again. Then they refused to dry it and the owner copped an attitude with me saying I only spent eight dollars. I can take it to the self wash for three dollars and do a better job. Evidently, they don’t have enough water pressure to scrape off bird crap on a sunroof. We’ve been faithful customers for this place for 10+ years well never again. Treat your customers better. The staff are nice but needs better management.

JUST left this car wash and felt the need to leave a review for the wonderful ladies and gentlemen working the shop today but more specifically, the detail section around 12:30/1pm. They were all super informative on how this car wash works (I don’t get my car wash as often as I probably should) I came by today expecting to sweat my butt off wiping down my cars interior but found out they do a detail for $35!!! They have a waiting section and even do a free wash with an oil change. My purchase today for the detail included $5 off my next car wash. This place seems to be either Hispanic owned or operated, which I personally love. This includes the ladies that cleaned the inside. As a woman, I loved that there were plenty of other ladies there working the detail. I felt 100% safe and comfortable. Can’t recommend this place enough. I will most definitely be returning as this has taken all of the dread out of getting my car washed, especially in the summer. Wonderful team!!

I arrived at 7:45 to get my car washed knowing they close at 8. The worker told me that they shut their vacuums off early so that the employees can leave right at 8. When I asked for them to turn them back on so long as I was gone by 8, the manager refused and was abrasive in doing so. They should shut the vacuums down at closing time- the car wash itself is very mediocre but the vacuums are good. I’ll be looking for somewhere else moving forward.

A few weeks ago, I came through for a quick wash and vacuum, and while going through the wash, heard a plastic sounding creak on the passenger side of my car. Due to it being late in the afternoon and having a kid in the car, I did a quick vacuum, noticing the three college-age boys exclaiming over something on the rear passenger side of their very nice, new truck. I didn't inspect the exterior of my vehicle closely before leaving. The next day when I went to get in my car, I noticed a long scratch on the rear passenger side of my vehicle. When I returned to the wash to speak with a manager, I was treated very poorly by a man who refused to identify himself, or identify an owner/manager that I could follow up with. He let me know that since a day had passed since my wash there was NOTHING that could be done. He also pointed out that I had door dings on my 2021 Palisade, and that "I could have gotten that scratch anywhere" since it was just my word and I had no proof. He was incredibly rude and condescending, and shady as hell, especially when I asked for contact information for the owner. When I asked if his staff could possibly try to buff/remove the scratch since they have a Deta
